February 26, 2021
Grab your cape, cowl, tiara and bracelets! Sunglasses brand goodr is thrilled to announce their latest collab with Warner Bros. Consumer Products and DC: six new pairs of Batman and Wonder Woman -themed sunglasses!
The three new BATMAN sunnies include “Dark Knight Clubbin’” (all black), “Welcome to the Neighborhood” (featuring GOTHAM CITY skyline artwork), and “Joke’s On You” (inspired by The Clown Prince of Crime, DC’s Super-Villain The Joker).
The three new Wonder Woman sunnies include “Glamazon Goddess Goggles” (costume-matching red and blue), “Justice and Grace for your Face” (featuring stylized Wonder Woman text), and “New Disguise Who Dis” (Wonder Woman comic-inspired pattern).
Last year goodr, Warner Bros. Consumer Products, and DC released five Wonder Woman 1984-themed shades (“Golden Lasso Glassos,” “Party Like It’s 1984,” “The Future Is Neon,” “It’s Not A Whip, It’s A Lasso” and “800 Years Young”), plus two Batman-themed shades (“Pow! Bam! Thank You Batman” and “Caped Crusader Sun Shaders”).
“We’re super stoked to work with Warner Bros. on shades inspired by their iconic DC characters, especially The Joker, who’s my favorite,” said goodr CEO Carl The Flamingo. “I idolize him. I have paintings of The Joker all over my mansion, I bathe in giant vats of toxic waste, and at the goodr office, I delight employees by pulling nihilistic pranks and laughing uncontrollably. Ah-hah-HA-HA-HA-HAH! HOO HOO! HA HA HA HA! They love it.”
