Not quite love at first sight with your Goodrs?

Sometimes relationships just don't work out. The good news is you have 30 days to return any unworn pairs, no questions asked (though we might shed a small tear).


Each pair of goodrs comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Defects? Covered. Frame breaks during normal use? Covered. Bear attack during your morning jog? Send us your heroic survival story and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis.

Our friends at Lensabl can help with returns and exchanges for prescription order frames if they are in new-unworn condition. Please note they cannot return or exchange RX lens.

Amazon Orders

Amazon Orders
Purchases can be returned through the Amazon platform during your order's return window. For warranty claims, please submit the Retail Warranty claim here.

We allow for returns up to 30 days after your order ships. We do not offer exchanges, even if you give us adorable puppy dog eyes. Read our full policy here.

If your pair of sunglasses is within the 1 year from your purchase date, you are eligible for a warranty. If not, you will have to find a Dark Wizard and travel back in time. Start here.

If we no longer carry the item you are requesting to warranty our fabulous customer service team will work to find you an appropriate replacement of equal or lesser value on goodr.com. Sadly, they will not help you find a romantic partner that is of equal or lesser value on dating apps.

Oh no, so sorry to hear you received a pair of damaged shades! That's not cool. Head to the Returns Portal and the FPDDT (Flamingo Package Delivery Detectives Team) will get right on the case!

Canadian returns must be processed through goodr.ca.
