Before you roll the credits on your sunglasses journey, let’s talk warranty. We know, we know. Boring. But like, not really!!! Knowledge is power, bud. And the more you know, the bigger your head gets. Or, you know..something like that.
All goodr sunglasses are covered by our 1-year goodr sunglasses warranty, because if you don’t look good, we don’t look good. If shades are defective, break, or somehow get chomped by a bear (case-by-case), we’ll replace ’em!!!

Our warranty policy is easy. If your pair of sunglasses is within the 1 year of your purchase date, you are eligible for our 1-year warranty. This warranty covers any frame defects or frame breaks that occur during normal use of the sunglasses.
If your sunnies are out-of-stock, we may need to find you another pair. But rest assured that our customer service team will work hard to find you a worthy alternative.
The full scoop on warranty coverage:
COVERED:
Peeling or delamination of the lens. (Walk around with peeling lenses?! As if!)
Bubbles or imperfections in the lens coating. Keep the bubbles in our champagne glass.
Flaking or deterioration of the lens coating. (No flakes allowed!!!)
Frame breakage through normal use.
NOT COVERED:
Natural wear and tear, like lens scratches.
Damage from being run over by a car, jet ski, unicycle, etc.
Damage caused by chemicals like hair spray, cologne, etc.
Intentional abuse or damage to the frames.
Squeaky hinges.
Start your warranty request here! We’ll just need some info from you, like your order number, delivery address, product details, and proof of purchase. Once you’ve submitted your claim, one of our Flamingos will come to your home in the dead of night and whisk those sunnies away and leave a replacement underneath your pillow. Seriously, though, one of our customer agents will reach out and work to get you a new pair!

Unfortunately, flinging them into a volcano or them getting melted by cousin Larry, who melts everything, are things that are not covered. Our warranty is pretty darn awesome, but if you recklessly scratch the lenses of your sunglasses (like tossing them into your bag) or have some squeaky hinges (which can sometimes be resolved with regular use), we can’t cover it.
While we appreciate your daredevil streak (hell yeah), you gotta still care for your sunnies. Damage from misuse won’t get you a replacement—sorry, the risks of glory are all yours.
Unauthorized repairs or modifications are also not covered under our warranty, so before you begin tinkering around, the result of your sunglasses is something you’ll have to stick with.
Rule #1: they’re for your face, not the air. Consider frisbee season over! Rule #2: Maybe stop giving your sunnies to cousin Larry. There’s no secret to it: keep your sunnies happy, and avoid the claim forms.
You can achieve pristine sunnies with a few simple care tips, starting with cleaning them with a microfiber cloth. If they need extra love, use lukewarm water and gentle soap to clean. Taking care of your sunglasses is like training for glory: put in the work, avoid disasters, and you’ll be unstoppable.
Frame damage, while more varied in terms of cause, can occur when you store your sunglasses in less-than-ideal places like your glove box. Use a protective hard case when not in use to keep your shades fresh AF.
