B-day Party Perks Promotion Terms + Conditions (US)

1. Agreement to Rules: By making a purchase during the Promotion Period (defined below), you (“You” or “Your”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms + Conditions (the “Rules”), as established by Goodr LLC (“goodr”).  You represent and warrant that You meet any eligibility requirements herein. 

2. Promotion Details: 

1. Promotion Period: The goodr B-day Party Perks Promotion (“Promotion”) begins on March 14, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. PST and end on March 16, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PST (“Promotion Period”).

2. Automatically (without a promo code) receive a 20% discount storewide, subject to exclusions.

3. Exclusions

1. Gift Cards: Gift cards are excluded from the Promotion.
   
   

4. Order Fulfillment: goodr reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud; suspected unauthorized resale; and/or any other reason deemed necessary by goodr.
   
   

5. Loyalty Points: Previously accrued Loyalty points may be redeemed during the Promotion Period and/or combined with the Promotion.
   
   

6. Returns & Exchanges: All returns or exchanges for items purchased during the Promotion will be subject to goodr’s standard return policy. Refunds or credits will reflect the promotional price paid.
   
   

7. Out of Stock Items: Promotion is valid only on in-stock items during the Promotion Period. goodr does not guarantee inventory availability.
   
   

8. Taxes and Shipping: The minimum spend amounts to receive goodr.com Gift Cards include only the item price and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees.
