Returns Policy

Sometimes it’s not a bad thing to be insecure. For example, we here at goodr are desperately trying to fill the emotional hole in our hearts with love from our customers. We really want you to love us. Please love us. We need this.

As part of our desperate cry for attention, we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the product you purchased. We want you to talk us up to all your friends (who you should totally introduce us to).

To help get you there we offer a 30-day return period on all items ordered on goodr.com with the following caveats:

• Any returned items must be in the same condition as delivered to you, meaning they are unworn, unused, and undamaged (exceptions to damage from bear attacks made on a case-by-case basis)
• Warranty runs from the original purchase date
• All returns must be initiated from original point of sale (i.e. goodr.com)
• We do NOT accept returns on items that are specifically marked "FINAL SALE."
• We do NOT currently accept returns on any Canadian, APO/FPO/DPO, and non-US orders. All International sales are final.

TO RETURN AN ITEM:

If your item(s) meets the criteria above, visit the Return Center and have the following ready:

  • Order number and zip code or
  • Email address used at the time of purchase

Once you initiate the return you will be prompted with the next steps on the webpage.

Remember, any original shipping charges will NOT be included in the refund.

We do NOT currently accept returns on any Canadian/international orders. All International sales are final.

Prescription Orders


Frame Returns
goodr frames can be returned within 30 days of purchase for any reason. However, to qualify for a return, the frame must be in its original, new condition. Should your return be approved, we will refund the cost of the frame.

Please note that all lens purchases are final and are not eligible for returns or refunds. Additionally, Lensabl does not cover return shipping costs for frames.

Frame Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange your frames for a different size or style, kindly note that you'll bear the return shipping cost to Lensabl. Additionally, there will be charges for a new set of lenses, though we’re happy to offer a 25% discount off the MSRP for those lenses.

To initiate an exchange, reach out to us at goodr@lensabl.com and ask for an RMA # along with the return address.
