5 Days of goodr Promotion Terms + Conditions

  1. Agreement to Rules: By making a purchase during the Promotion Period (defined below), you (“You” or “Your”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms + Conditions (the “Rules”), as established by Goodr LLC (“goodr”).  You represent and warrant that You meet any eligibility requirements herein.

  2. Promotion Details: 

    • Promotion Period: The goodr BFCM Promotion (“Promotion”) begins on December 8, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. PST and ends on December 12, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PST (“Promotion Period”).

    • Discount:  On each day of the Promotion Period, a specially curated bundle of sunglasses will be revealed on goodr.com.  These bundles will have a 15% discount over the aggregate cost of the individual pairs.  Once a bundle is revealed, the 15% discount will remain in effect for that specific bundle until the end of the Promotion Period.  The final discounted price and total amount payable will be confirmed in your shopping cart prior to checkout.

    • Pricing Disclaimer: goodr makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on its website. However, goodr does not warrant that product descriptions, prices, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. goodr reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, technical error, or any other reason.

  1. Exclusions

    • Gift Cards: Gift cards are excluded from the Promotion and are not eligible for any discounts.

    • Combining Discounts: Promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, and/or shipping offers (except for goodr’s standard free shipping offer on orders of more than $50).

  1. Order Fulfillment: goodr reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud; suspected unauthorized resale; and/or any other reason deemed necessary by goodr.

  2. Loyalty Points: Previously accrued Loyalty Points may be redeemed during the Promotion Period and combined with the Promotion.

  3. Returns & Exchanges: All returns or exchanges for items purchased during the Promotion will be subject to goodr’s standard return policy. Refunds or credits will reflect the promotional price paid.

  4. Out of Stock Items: Discounted prices are valid only on in-stock items during the Promotion Period. goodr does not guarantee inventory availability.

  5. Taxes and Shipping: Discounts apply to the item price only and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees.

goodr retains the right to amend, modify, or cancel this promotion and its terms at any time without prior notice.
