2025 We Never Do This, Again - Promotion - Terms + Conditions

  1. Agreement to Rules: By making a purchase during the Promotion Period (defined below), you (“You” or “Your”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms + Conditions (the “Rules”), as established by Goodr LLC (“goodr”).  You represent and warrant that You meet any eligibility requirements herein. 

  2. Promotion Details: 

    • Promotion Period: The goodr 2025 We Never Do This, Again Promotion (“Promotion”) begins on August 28, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. PST and ends on September 1, 2025 at 11:59 pm PST (“Promotion Period”).

    • $5 Off All Sunglasses: Enjoy $5 off each pair of sunglasses purchased during the Promotion Period.

    • Bonus Loyalty Points: Enjoy double (2x) loyalty points on purchases made during the Promotion Period.

    • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all purchases made on September 1, 2025.

  1. Exclusions

    • Gift Cards: Gift cards are excluded from the Promotion.

    • Accessories:  Accessories are excluded from the Promotion.

    • Combining Discounts: Promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, and/or shipping offers (except for goodr’s standard free shipping offer for orders $50+).

  1. Order Fulfillment: goodr reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud; suspected unauthorized resale; and/or any other reason deemed necessary by goodr.

  2. Loyalty Points: Previously accrued Loyalty points may be redeemed during the Promotion Period and combined with the Promotion.

  3. Returns & Exchanges: All returns or exchanges for items purchased during the Promotion will be subject to goodr’s standard return policy. Refunds or credits will reflect the promotional price paid.

  4. Out of Stock Items: Discounted prices are valid only on in-stock items during the Promotion Period. goodr does not guarantee inventory availability.

  5. Taxes and Shipping: Discounts apply to the item price only and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees.

goodr retains the right to amend, modify, or cancel this promotion and its terms at any time without prior notice.
