Nicole is goodr's Chief of Flamingos, the Flock Star (leader) of the People Herd, which includes the Help Desk, goodr University, and The Guardians. In this episode, Stephen interviews Nicole about wtf that means. Basically, she creates and activates teams, so that we live our cultural values and hire the fewest amount of people coached to the highest level. When he’s not helping goodr employees level up their behaviors, he’s writing and performing music.
