Nicole is goodr's Chief of Flamingos, the Flock Star (leader) of the People Herd, which includes the Help Desk, goodr University, and The Guardians. Basically, she creates and activates teams, so that we live our cultural values and hire the fewest amount of people coached to the highest level. Stephen Lease is the CEO (Chief Executive Octopus) of goodr and the co-host of the CULTURE goodr Podcast.
