Episode 56 - The Evolution of Our Ecosystem

Episode 56 - The Evolution of Our Ecosystem

Hi everyone! It's Bosley's Ghost! I'm busy chewing on a cow hoof and deer antlers! THEY'RE SO FREAKING TASTY!!!! So this week I'm going to be pithy! Pithy means "concise and forcefully expressive"! I learned the word when I read it in the dictionary! Ghosts have a lot of free time! I used that free time to learn how to read! OH, MAN!!! THAT COW HOOF SMELLS SO GOOD!!! Let's do this!!

CULTURE goodr, Episode #56: The Evolution of Our Ecosystem

How did goodr's structure change while growing from a handful of employees to 140? What does it take to be a Flock Leader? How do we define growth? In this episode, Stephen and Shaun talk about the evolution of goodr's ecosystem. Right now we have 16 flocks of flamingos bundled into six herds. If you listen to the pod, that'll make sense. (And if you don't listen, Carl the Flamingo curses you to be stuck in a dead-end job with no real growth path, forever!!!)

Wow! Thanks Stephen and Shaun! That reminds me of —— AHHHHH!!! THAT COW HOOF SMELLS FREAKIN' DELICIOUS!!! I'm outta here! See you next week!
