Episode 81: Shifting from Quarters to Trimesters

Episode 81: Shifting from Quarters to Trimesters

Shift happens at goodr, and a big shift we made this year was moving from a quarterly cadence for major events, reviews, and celebrations to a trimesterly schedule. So how's that going for us? In episode #81, Stephen and Shaun get into this change, making more space for our Flamingos, and how we move from "simple" to "significant" through fine-tuning our processes at goodr.

Just the Highlights

01:27: The origin story of moving from quarters to trimesters

06:11: How many days of committed activities we saved per year by moving from quarters to trimesters

11:09: Why goodr did a total calendar reset, deleted every meeting, and started from scratch

15:04: Stephen dissects his weekly review process for life and work and why it's a linchpin for him

18:49: How we lean into Vision 3:2:1 to plan for the future at goodr
