Before this relationship moves any further, listen up: The following business models DO NOT meet our requirements for wholesale partnership:

• Brick and mortar stores that do not align with our communities (run, golf, bike, beast, summit & snow).
• Online-only marketplaces of any kind.
• Pop-up shops, local fairs, or flea market sellers.
• Home parties or local groups.

Wholesale Account Guidelines for U.S. Retailers

• Brick and Mortar Store: Storefront with proof of address and location is required.
• Store must be vertically aligned with one of our communities (run, golf, bike, beast, summit & snow).
• Must have a valid tax resale certificate with store owner/buyer signature. The business name represented on the documents should be consistent with the submitted application.
• $300.00 opening order minimum.
• Payments accepted: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express), Apple Pay, or Shop Pay.
• Net terms are not offered at this time.
• We are unable to ship on 3rd party accounts.
• Onlines sales are prohibited without the express, written authority of goodr.
• Selling on 3rd party sites (such as Ebay, Amazon.com or other related or similar sites) is prohibited.
