At goodr, we believe that if you run, you’re a runner. It doesn’t matter if you run way too many marathons every year, crush an hour on the treadmill every morning, or jog around the block once in a while to make a funny image on Strava. You’re running, therefore you’re a runner. Congrats! Running is so much cooler than crawling. (Shots fired, babies.)

We're partnering with @marathonsports and @trailblazhersrunco to bring you our first-ever out-of-state Run Residency!!! Carl the Flamingo threw a dart at a map, and decided that BOSTON is where it's at!!! So, we're calling on all of you Bostonians to join in the fun:

This month we're pairing up with
@blackmenrun every Saturday in March at 7:30 a.m. for a 6-mile run to The Santa Monica Pier from the goodr Cabana.
Why would anyone want to get up that early when their bed feels so nice and toasty?! So glad you asked!!! Did you know that heart disease is the number one cause of death among men? Did you know that among black men aged 20 and older, 44.4% have cardiovascular diseases?! These are just a few reasons why Black Men Run wants to encourage us all to get out and be active!!! Especially those of us who are at a higher risk. So, what are you waiting for?! Put it on your calendar NOW!!!
