Due to COVID-19, it may take several days to pack and ship orders. For this reason, we are not offering any expedited shipping for the foreseeable future. In order to keep our flock safe, we modified operations. These new measures include safe distancing for employees, additional cleaning of surfaces in distribution centers, and banning Spin The Bottle, which made Carl very upset.
Trust, we are working diligently to ship orders as quickly and safely as possible. We even temporarily changed our packaging to expedite the process. - You order here on goodr.com! THANK YOU! You are keeping us going and giving our people jobs and we sincerely appreciate you!
- Our in-house distribution center team processes your order. Right now, due to aforementioned precautions, processing orders may take up to 5 days.
- When your label is printed, a USPS tracking is created which says this:
Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item
INGLEWOOD, CA 90302
- When USPS picks up your order - NOW, THIS IS IMPORTANT - they usually don't scan it in. SO IT WILL STILL SAY "USPS Awaiting item." Even though the USPS has your item.
- Now, your package goes on its journey with the totally slammed USPS, sometimes to Tennessee for some reason, or another galaxy. From here, it can take 5-10 business days. It might still say "USPS Awaiting Item."
- Magically one day, it will arrive at your mailbox and you'll be so excited, you will throw a socially distanced party to show your friends your new shades! Then they'll want to order them, and you'll read them this page to set their expectation accordingly!
